European car owners in Bahrain always get a second opinion before approving expensive repairs
I’ve noticed a lot of garages recommend a long list of repairs the moment you go in for one issue. Sometimes the quotation becomes hundreds of dinars before you even fully understand what’s actually urgent.

Recently, I had an issue with my car and got a heavy quotation with multiple parts listed for replacement. I decided to get a second opinion from another garage. They explained what needed immediate attention, what could wait, and what didn’t need replacing at all.

I’m not saying every expensive quotation is dishonest, but with European cars especially, proper diagnosis matters. A second opinion can genuinely save you a lot of money.
Has anyone else had similar experiences with garages in Bahrain?
