Delayed Shipment with No explanations
I just want to ask is anyone else experiencing EXTREME delays from that 50% sale they had going earlier in the month. The customer service, or lack there of, is not very helpful. I’ve never seen something say “Label Created” for 10 whole days?? The woman who picked up the ticket I’m pretty sure isn’t right because why would it take 10 days to get to the facility. Has anyone else had this kind of experience with gym shark? Every other time I have order from them it gets here in 3 days I understand that they may have had a lot of orders but 10days and not even a scan is odd. Also it seems as though the lady didn’t even check to see if it was lost. Seems like they have a logistical nightmare on their hands. The order also says fulfilled which in the past it has only said that when the order gets to me.
