There's alot to be said that is different between two versions, but I never knew that in the Gamecube version there's actually a opponent you go against in Slopestyle events.

I always wondered why there was an opponent on the minimap during those events on the PS2 version, but now I know. It must've been hardware limitations at the time.

So the Gamecube version might've not had that extra button but it did have extra rival events. Which seems really cool! Wish it would've also been a feature on the PS2 version!
