Picking up Hurling at 30. Tips?
So I played rugby for years (fullback/wing) to a pretty decent level. Haven’t played competitive sports for about 7 years.
I’ve decided to give hurling a crack here in London. My main aim atm is trying to get a decent base of fitness under me and then start practicing with a hurl and a wall. I’ve set myself a month to get to a reasonable level where I’d feel confident enough to join a club.
Any tips either running, gym or skill drills with the Hurley please drop them below.
