I was diagnosed with two P.E.one in each lung. This was found when they did CT scan looking for internal bleeding due to going to e.r. for severe anemia. They could not find a bleed....anyone find after their clot they found cancer?
I am currently in the hospital. Came to ER Due to lab work showing I was very anemic and needed blood transfusion. They did CT scan didn't find a bleed but did fine I had one PE in each lung. It's been 3 days in hospital on Heprin and iron and sending me home...still don't know why so anemic but GI won't scope with PE. ..frustrating. Any advice or thoughts as I began this journey.. Will be on eliquis once I go home tomorrow.
