What's it like moving around during pH-test?
I've read that you're supposed to move around like it was any other day, and I am a very active person, but in reality is it so uncomfortable that you hesitate moving around much?
Thanks!

Hi everyone
In a couple of weeks I am heading into manometry and 24h pH-test, and I am looking for some "tips & tricks" about how to get most out of the test.
I've read a few posts regarding the topic, and something I saw a couple of times were people who wasn't able to get a proper flare-up during the 24h pH-test, and I was thinking about doing a trigger food load-up up a few days prior to the test, so the test would record me at my worst!
Does this sound stupid? Am I going into this with the wrong mindset?
I am incredibly nervous and scared going into this, I've been gastroscopied 3 times, yet my stomach tells me this test will be by far the worst, so please do not fuel that fire.
Thank you in advance
