Mounjaro 7.5mg from northern Ireland - Cheaper Options ?

Paid 370eur today, for my recent 7.5mg pen ( including pen £285 + delivery £10 + script 30eur ). Through weightlossinjections and mckeevers NI. - Ive been on this dose for about 4/5 months and dropping nicely about 2-3kg a month.
Is anyone getting cheaper or NI / UK that will deliver to parcel forwarder or NI pharmacy that will allow courier collection pickup ? - I see 'mybmi' is approx 343eur. - That i might use for next pen and get 40eur off first order.
UK online prices on 'monj. uk' are showing UK prices as low as 235eur for same pen. ( so frustrating!! ) - I tried some online UK pharmacy with delivery to a parcel forwarder in NI, but they would not deliver to a business address or others required me to provide proof of address / utility bill etc.. Which I don't have..
Im down south and would take over 8hrs (just driving) round trip to travel NI in person and approx 110eur fuel. The time and fuel cost, doesn't make traveling appealing or much saving.
Appreciate any input for anyone that's been able to source cheaper options?
