How quickly do you hit the Claude Pro limits when using Claude Cowork?

Hey everyone,

I’m considering getting Claude Pro, mainly because I’m interested in using Claude Cowork, but I’ve never really used Claude before (I've always been using ChatGPT up until this point).

One thing I’m trying to understand is how quickly you actually run into the usage limits in practice, as I've read some negative experiences about this?

For people using Claude Pro with Claude Cowork:

How often do you hit the limit?
Does it happen only during heavy coding sessions, or also with normal use?
When you hit the limit, does it become annoying enough to disrupt your workflow?
And overall, does the Pro plan feel like enough, or did you feel pushed toward Max pretty quickly?

I’m not necessarily a power user yet, just trying to figure out what to expect before subscribing.

Would love to hear how it has been for others.

What’s your workflow for checking if an AI/ChatGPT answer is actually reliable?

I’ve been using AI more and more for serious work, and the thing I still struggle with is figuring out when an answer is actually reliable.

Not when it’s obviously wrong, that’s easy enough to catch.

More when the answer is polished, confident, well-structured, and mostly plausible… but might still contain one or two assumptions, fake details, outdated claims, or made-up sources.

For casual stuff like rewriting, brainstorming, or summarizing, I don’t worry about it too much. But for research, technical questions, business decisions, or anything where being wrong actually matters, I’ve started being a lot more careful.

Right now my workflow is pretty manual, as I often cross-check answers with other models, or I check sources manually.

It works, but it’s messy + very time consuming.

Curious what other people do to solve this?

Do you ask the model to critique itself?
Do you compare with Claude/Gemini/Perplexity/etc.?
Do you check sources manually?
