So I was taking a shower and then this slightly opened gigantic silver double door just randomly appeared in my mind, I was surprised and kind of scared? I didn't know what to do I imagined a handle in both doors then held it and pulled it close shut, then I imagined a golden rune? Around it then locked it in chains,

I don't know what just happened since I have no prior knowledge about the world of physics and energy and the like

It just showed up after I was imagining absorbing something , I was just trying to figure out what the so called energy is then I just gave up to take a shower and that's when it happened...

So what am I supposed to do? Keep it locked?
