As a JR1, 33hr shifts twice a week, health is deteriorating n mentally exhausting.

What is the option other than resignation, as I love the branch Internal Medicine n parents are old so I cant take risk of resigning n preparing FOR Mrcp/usmle. I need to take care of them and be for them soon as possible so need to settle soon.
