Seeking an Experienced Partner/Operator for a Restaurant in a Government facility.

I had helped a friend apply for a government bid for a restaurant. He has won the contract for a restaurant space and is looking for a partner to run it day-to-day. The contract is for a minimum of 5 years.

The vision is to build something based on the "Indian Coffee House" model—simple, reliable, and community-focused—with the long-term goal of replicating this across other campus-based government institutions.

The Setup:

  1. Space: Around 600sqft including the kitchen, wash area, sink etc. Spacious outdoors. Limited but guaranteed customers. No police, IMC jhanjhat.

  2. Split: 60:40 profit split.

  3. Rent/Overheads/Deposits: We’ll maintain that same 60:40 ratio for monthly rent to keep our interests aligned. Deposit is high so negotiable on your end.

4.Timeline: Ready to move fast and open ASAP.

What we are looking for:

We don’t need an investor; We need an operator. If you’ve run a small eatery, café, or canteen and want to move into a secure, monopolistic institutional environment, this is a great fit. You handle the operations/staffing; We handle the strategy and expansion.

If you’re interested in a long-term partnership rather than just a quick gig, send me a DM with a bit about your background and experience. Let’s talk.
