What's your favourite delivery in any of his films?
I mean the way they enunciate words and/or the facial expressions accompanying them, not just the absurdity of the lines themselves. One of my favourite examples is "He's writing about GOVERNMENT secrets," spoken by Emily in "Fateful Findings"; she pronounces the word "government" with such peculiar revulsion that it sounds like she's about to throw up. And basically every other line delivered by the actress who's playing her (Klara Landrat). I'm Polish myself, so I appreciate the hilarious randomness of casting a Polish woman in an American film, where we're supposed to believe she's a native American English speaker when she's saying everything with her heavy accent and the same monotonous tone and stoned face.
Or when Neil emphasises the weirdest words in his sentences, as in "national AND international corruption I KNOW is going on".
Or that lady in "Pass Thru" who says "Your mother's my sister! She was murdered! You're my niece!" or "Oh my god, what are you doiiingggg?!" and seems unable to utter any word without shouting with a valley girl accent.
Or one of the sisters in "I Am Here....Now" who's trying to whore her sister out (the one with the fake-ass "baby"), which is some great sisterly advice btw., by saying "You're hot! WE'RE hot!".
