My son who is 5 has incredibly bad night terrors. When he wakes up from one he is screaming my name and jumps for me when I arrive. He is sweaty, out of breath and his heart beats so fast.

I'm always weary of doing any sort of ritual or spell work on behalf of my children but just looking to see if any of you have any suggestions to consider that might help stop them.

Tomorrow I'm taking a long drive. I would like to hang rosemary in my car to protect our travel. I'm terrible with creating my own incantations so I was curious to hear some ideas from others here!

My intentions are a safe, calm and protected journey.
