What is the quickest way to go out of body?
So a online friend gave me a copy of the Gateway tapes, and I also downloaded a copy of Astral Projection Meditation Yoga Nidra for OBEs with the Monroe Institute from you tube. On one of my first attempts, using the you tube Nidra for OBEs, I felt buzzing and vibrating in my head and ears. Right then, my dog who was in the room, banged her water bowl, which took me right out of the deep meditation. I then went to sleep and had a Lucid dream. I in the dream made a decision to go downstairs, where my wife in the dream was yelling about something. I also was dreaming that I was out of my body 90% of the way and I was dragging my earthly body around with me. The next morning , my wife informed me that she was yelling because one of the dogs had pooped on the floor. I have tried a few times per week since then with no luck going our of body or Astral projection. No Lucid dreams either. Is there a better recording that can get me to out of body or Lucid dream, I have a lot of the gateway tapes, but my goal is to astral project or lucid dream and i don't have much interest in the subjects of the other recordings.
