Update on bathroom water damage issue

First I wanted to say thank you all who gave me great advice and input on my first post! I took out the rest of the damaged drywall and pulled up more of the old flooring to assess the damage. Everyone was right about it mostly stained from the water, but the wood seems pretty sturdy. Actually, the subfloor still seems very solid, but I still plan on replacing some, but thankfully not as much now. Doused all I could see in croncobium for the mold.

BUT biggest issue now is here. It looks like the wood here has been hollowed out from the damage, so it got the worst of it. Researching stuff, it looks like it’s the bottom plate (if my terms are correct?). How should I go about this? It doesn’t look like part of an actual joist or beam, just the structure to the wall, which is still important.

Input on water damage into beams in bathroom?

I’ll post more pictures in the comments. But basically i have pretty bad water damage behind my toilet. I had an issue with a leaky bold on the tank over a year ago and have had issues just not getting the water up in time from the shower (mental health issues but am trying to fix this stuff now). So the source I am taking care of. But I knew I would need to replace the drywall, and at this point I definitely will need to replace the subfloor. It’s a task but I feel I can probably do those myself. But I’m concerned since it looks like the damage reached the actual beams, that’s definitely above my head for DIY. Is it possible it’s just a surface issue? Looking at it from under the crawlspace, it doesn’t look like the damage seeps very far into the beam. But wanted honest opinions and advice. My big plan was to redo the floor with pool tile, and add proper water resistance measures but I’ll need to take care of the subfloor replacement first. Thanks!
