Currently the team is archer e5s1(hes not e6 yet but will be soon), e2s1 sparkle(made to have 200 speed), huohuo e1s1. Would the last spot be better for cipher e0s1 since archer will have 94% armor pen, or would using archer with rmc be better because of all the extra turns that he would get allowing me to get more out of the e6 free sp? Without rmc my sparkle wont have 200 speed and idk if its worth trying to get to 200 speed for her without rmc

My sparkle is e2s1 and a friend is convincing me to get her to a 2pc 2pc speed and a speed planar set instead of the current relic sets that I have on her. My archer is currently e4s1 and the rest of the team is huohuo and cipher. Would it be worth to go to 200 speed or keep her at 184 speed?
