Does anyone know when the final sem result is declared, when the marksheet is available, consolidated, provisional etc.

While filling BGC form in Next Step portal, Name field is not editable and my middle name is blank there but in application form & Offer letter my middle name is mentioned and even after submitting BGC form, middle name is not there. What to do in this situation? Anyone else faced this issue, how to solve this. Please help!!!

And what is usually the deadline for completing BGC after receiving offer letter?
