Hello, everyone, I am 25 M that works in an office job as a brand manager from 9 - 5 while the job on paper might sound the perfect job but trust me it is not as it looks like.

While the job is secure i have always wanted to have freedom and know what i am working for but i don’tknow how and where to start. While the job gives an average financial security i still eant to pursue something for me.

So my questions is for someone who had to make the decision to leave their job to pursue their business or hobby:

How did you know where to start , what to do and what made you take this decision?
