TANK SOL Jungle is feeling HOT

I wanted to go to bed. I mean it. But I couldn't stop winning. Sure this is a smurf (Gold 2). But it feels like I'm playing in Iron. Aurelion Sol should not have such convenient access to Omnivamp. Aurelion Sol should not have such an unpunishing clear speed. Aurelion Sol should not be able to face tank an Illaoi ult by healing off of 10% of his space vomit; and yet he has, and he does.

I wrote a guide for Asol Jungle a while back. You can find that here. The success I've had with TSJ (Tank Sol Jungle) is compelling me to write another. I'll let you know when I secure my first loss with it, but don't hold your breath.

Guardian feels too good. The only other runes I would consider are First Strike, and Stormraider's Surge, but resolve must always be your secondary. Demolish helps push late game since our AP is so low, and Overgrowth is almost a necessity. Bone Plating can be taken in lieu of Conditioning for heavy invade threats (Rengar, Talon, Bel Veth).

Precision secondary allows us to fix our mana problems with POM resets. NOTHING feels worse than securing a kill, but not having enough mana for your W reset to continue the chase. Cut down or Coup de Grace can be taken situationally, although Coup has felt much better in my games.

Exhaust may seem a controversial pick, but Aurelion Sol is arguably one of the weakest flash users, and ghost is generally redundant with intelligent W's. Exhaust makes this build not only possible, but viable. If a patch from now Exhaust were removed, perhaps I'd fuck around with barrier, but my heart wouldn't be in it. Not really.

He's a Bruiser Now (In the Right Matchups)

Bear in mind, what I'm about to propose sucked ASS before the on-hit heal was added, but Dusk and Dawn is finally perfectly synergistic with his on-hit build. The following 3 item core, into flex, feels relevant, hard-hitting, and self-sufficient at all stages of the game.

Titanic/Kraken >> DUSK AND DAWN >> Kraken/Bork >> Flex (I've been liking DD/Maw into Jak'Sho.)

PTA for squishier comps, Conq for fatter ones. Generally always Resolve secondary, or Inspiration in a race against the clock against hyperscalers.

This isn't as flashy as crit, and it doesn't snowball as hard, but into thicker teams with heavier frontline and more CC, Viego takes substantially more resources to put down in a teamfight.
