Is the dryer vent cover supposed to be glued down? It currently flaps.
We just got our air ducts and dryer vent cleaned. I went outside to check the dryer vent side and noticed the cover is flapping while the dryer is running. I never noticed that before and thought we had grills. Is it normal for it to open like this?/should there be a mesh screen over it or anything?
