Hi! I’m wondering when you switched your baby from the XS nipple to the S? My daughter is 13 weeks old and uses Lansinoh bottles. Her feeds usually take about 30–45 minutes, so I’m thinking she might be ready to size up. We’ve tried the S nipple, but she coughs a little and spits up some during feeds, so I’m not sure if I should keep practicing with it or stick with the XS a bit longer.
Any advice or tips on making the transition smoother would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
