Facing this issue since last 3-4 days. multiple Electricity cuts between 9pm and 12am. Anyone else facing the same problem?

1. are power cuts still going on?
2. what would be the rent in sec 14-15 for a 2BHK (non-furnished and furnished).
3. I have to commute to Rai daily, what is my best option or sector?
   looking for good locality, everything near by, and gated
