I've got Vocci delivered last week, enjoyed it for 2 days, and suddenly dead... It can still charge but nothing else.

Reached out to support by email, and got a response saying they will replace immediately if I want but they don't give any further response to my reply requesting replacement.

This is the worst product and service I've ever had. Unless you want same bad experience, recommend not to buy this....
