Let’s hold boomtown accountable
BOOMTOWN people I need your help! I’ve been working with them for the last year to improve their access, artist busses and staffing issues from last year but this year was 100x worse, felt like a dystopian survival game I’m surprised no one died and the accessibility was non existent, artists missed their sets due to busses. Disabled people stranded for hours in the cold, people getting sunstroke from zero shade at bus stops when waiting hours, security using unnecessary force on disabled people who were calling out for help.
I’m not going to let them get away with how people were treated so I need as many voices as possible for my next meeting with them which I’m adding to a report, we can all also report them to attitude is everything for anything accessibility related.
