Chs possibly

Good morning, not sure if people can help me. From the uk. Recently had it suggested to me after hospital visit (for stomach bug) that I have chs. I’m just not totally convinced. I’ve had on and off stomach/abdominal pain/cramping since Jan 2026. I can be fine for weeks then an attack( painful stomach cramps typically followed by vomiting). Doesn’t last longer than a day or few hours. Some days I do have mild or moderate cramping and take buscopan for that. I’ve only had 3/4 attacks during this time 3 of those after eating onion. I’ve had all the basic tests done by my gp (bacteria, ibs etc) all negative. My issue is up until me smoking cannabis frequently was mentioned, their main concern was gallbladder issues, which I agree with more than chs. Now I’m not saying I don’t have chs, because sure I could, I smoke cannabis frequently to cope with mental health issues. But I don’t want this to be a case of blaming it on the weed/running with that when it’s not that. I also don’t feel like subjecting myself to psychological torture that my over active brain provides when I don’t smoke. Fortunately I should be getting a full abdo scan soon, so current thought process is well surely that would give a definitive answer, no issues = chs, an issue = probably not chs. Not really sure if anyone can help me I guess I’m looking for some first hand accounts of definitive chs. In my situation I feel as though not everything has been ruled out so how can they confidently say it is chs?
