Is this normal????!?

I just recently pick up a fostering to adopt male dog and I’ve noticed something very strange about him…. From what I can tell is that he has a bit of separation anxiety and from his being a stray I believe he was dumped possibly because of my discovery upon brining him home (that and I believe his previous owner(s) more than likely didn’t have any experience on training the poor guy). I’ve had male dogs many years ago but I’ve NEVER seen something as weird as this… he pees a lot and I notice he licks it quite a bit. I don’t even know how to describe this. It’s got like bumps on the end of it. Is this something to worry about?? He hasn’t ever tried to mount my other dog, thank God. That’s unusual though… I really just don’t want him getting my other dog sick.

Hey everyone, I wanted to share a current list of the symptoms that I’ve been facing for close to a year. This all started after unnecessary antibiotics (Augmentin) and accutane. I was in the worst time of my life, facing the worst environment and not able to have basic necessities. These aren’t all my symptoms but a grand amount of them. If anyone can offer advice, suggestions or insight I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you. My symptoms have been the following: Mushy stools that fill up the toilet to the brim, undigested food in stools, burning intestines, frequent bloating and belching, low grade fevers that come and go, alternating constipation and diarrhea, many food intolerances, skin rashes, dandruff, RUQ pain radiating to back up to right shoulder, bloating, brain fog and fatigue, foul smelling stools, bad body odor (mainly poop, musty, sewage, musky, oniony, etc.), sticky stools, feels like incomplete evacuation, nasal congestion, fermented food intolerances, nasal congestion, anal discharge (feels like mucus or watery, sorry it’s not a nice thing to hear ik), random nausea, headaches, muscle break down, frequent dehydration. Does this sound like sibo? This all happened rather immediately after the augmentin, that I didn’t need as I had no infection but was prescribed as a “preventative”.
