What just happened

Started today winning 6 buyins in 4 hours playing 2 tables of rush on gg 10nl. Took a break, played on the evening and ended the day down 2 buyins, so, lost the 6 I won and 2 more on top of it. What is this? Winner's tilt? How to fix it?

Difference in winrate at 5nl and 10nl

Not a big sample size but recently got into poker again and found a huge discrepancy between my winrate at 5nl and 10nl rush on gg. On 5nl, my winrate is around 20bb/100 (1600 hands) and on 10nl it is around -0.4bb/100 (1400 hands). Is this expected? Did I move up in stakes too quickly? How much of this good or bad is variance? Can I measure my skill level based on this sample size?

How to avoid this?

I raise the button with 99 and villain calls from bb. Flop is JT8 two-tone. The turn and river are offsuit 5 and 4. The tricky part is villain donks on the flop and I call. Villain bets the turn and I call. And on the river, villain shoves for like 2x pot. I block all the straights pretty heavily so I figure the villain is bluffing here. He shows up with KT which I guess is a bluff but I somehow lost to his bluff. How do I avoid this? Did I do something wrong here?

Getting stacked at low stakes

Two hands in a row, got stacked for 150bb. What am I doing wrong here? Both times villain ran into monsters. Should I just fold to any river overbets?
