OMAD but fruit and vegetables throughout the day?
Hi everyone! I’m planning to start OMAD for weight loss. I think this will work for me because no matter what I eat throughout the day, I always crave a big dinner. I could eat a balanced breakfast and lunch and by dinner time I’m starving and don’t feel satisfied without a big meal. I already prefer a small lunch and then big dinner.
Anyways - does OMAD work if you eat plain fruits and vegetables throughout the day? They’re so low calorie it would probably only add 100-300 calories for the day. Has anyone had success doing this?
