I was browsing around my Distrokid account today and realised that the splits tab was suddenly not working and redirecting back to the homepage.
All my music is still up and my bank tab still shows my earnings, just the splits tab is not working.
I did not receive any editorial discretion email or copyright claims on my music, and everything has been clean.
Has anyone encountered this issue before and whether I can continue to make withdrawals as per normal? I’m very concerned as I had been using Distrokid for the past 2 years and am a verified artist (verified using X).
I was logging in to my Distrokid account today when suddenly this screen came up. I have never seen something like this in my years of using Distrokid, and whenever I try to access the site I still get this error
Anyone got this before and how long does it take to resolve?
My video has been stuck in this status Checks are taking longer than usual to complete but are still running for a couple of hours now
