Help!
Hi all, opened my pool this past Saturday. Was very green. Over the course of 4 days hit it with 14 gallons of liquid shock + two containers of Algicide.
After testing the pool at home, had decent results with Alkalinity and PH but Chlorine was showing as nothing.
Took it to get tested at the pool store, results in photo.
The computer spit out 30lbs of shock, the kid at the counter suggested I get everything else in balance including bringing down my Phosphates and then retest before adding anymore shock.
Pool is 30k gallons.
I’ve got 4L of No Pho (directed to use roughly 3.5L), add ALK and PH and let it circulate for 48 hours before adding anything else.
Was hoping to get some of your expert opinions before getting underway.
