Is my timeline questionnaire too complex?
So my CRM auto sends my couples a questionnaire 3 months prior to their date that collects A TON of information about their day. Names, locations, first look yes/no, party bus, reception plan etc. That section is pretty robust for good reason because it allows me to basically one shot the entire timeline in one go, BUT this same questionnaire also asks them for the names & relationships of everyone in their family & wedding party that they want formal photos of, AS WELL as an ending section that asks for vendor information (name, IG, contact etc).
Is it too much to send all of this in one questionnaire? Should I break it up into several questionnaires that get sent at different touch points leading up to the day? Or am I overthinking it? I'd love to hear how others have their intake set up.
