Hey ya’ll, I’ve just recieved an offer to the forensics and psychology program for september and am looking for opinions on off campus housing like where can i find legit rooms for rent (under 700 a month). are the facebook groups trustworthy? (I’ve found listings saying $550/month) is there anywhere else i can look for housing or roommates who i can then find housing with.

I’m from brampton so i can’t really just be going around to different showings, I’m starting year 3 of the program and I have no conncections there whatsoever.

If anyone is in the same boat or has gon theough it—I need your input 🫡

I’m choosing between Psychology and Forensic Psychology at Ontario Tech and could use some advice.

I’m leaning toward general psych because it seems broader and might give me more job options later on (i could be wrong), but I also think the forensic/justice stuff is interesting, so I’m kind of torn.

If you’re in either program there:
• Why did you pick it?
• Do you feel like you have good options after?
- are you satisfied with your course schedules?
• Are days super packed or kinda spread out?
