How to study and score a 60+ on CLEP Bio in a day?

Last minute credit missing so I need to hustle for this. It’s been a long time since I took a biology course and scored about 50-60% on the test but am unsure of how it translates to the actual scoring.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated! I purchased the REA book but am unsure if the note content is enough.
I’ve also collected the Peterson test and have the REA practice tests. What would you guys suggest be the main focus on studying?
There were more details information I need to memorize than the basic facts and definitions I remembered, could anyone please share advice on how to best prepare? I have not studied in a long time, so any advice on how to study this format and content would be great especially on a time crunch.
Ideally take it tomorrow and studying starting today. I could possibly take it day after (Friday) but it may delay start of classes so any advice on how to prepare on a crunch would be really appreciated!
