MSI G274QPF E2 won't fit on monitor arm?
Hi everyone,
I'm trying to mount my MSI G274QPF E2 on an Invision MX400 dual monitor arm.
The VESA pattern is 75 × 75 mm and the screw holes line up correctly.
However, the VESA mounting area on the back of the monitor is recessed. The MX400 VESA plate is larger than the recessed area, so it rests on the surrounding plastic instead of sitting flush against the mounting surface.
Because of that, the supplied screws are too short once there's a gap between the monitor and the VESA plate.
I've already contacted both MSI and Invision, but I'm still waiting for a reply.
Has anyone mounted this exact monitor (or a similar MSI monitor) on an MX400 or another monitor arm?
Did you solve it with spacers, a VESA adapter, or another solution?
Any advice would be appreciated.
