Constant odd feeling in stomach. Maybe "muted" hunger?
I've only been on a 0.25 for a month now, and will be starting 0.50 later this week. The first two weeks were pretty good, I felt the lack of hunger and food noise went way down. I lost 2 kg, but it's fluctuating, which I understand is normal, I'm not in a rush here.
What I'm finding odd is somewhere between 3rd and 4th dose, I started having an odd feeling of hunger. I'm not sure how to describe it, and TW for anyone with emetophobia.
Do you know the feeling after a night of HEAVY drinking? Like once you puke it all out, and you can feel that you're hungry, but your stomach also feels iffy, like overly sensitive. This is sort of how I feel. It's making it a bit hard to gage how hungry I actually am, or of its only an upset stomach. This obviously happens more after drinking stuff like coffee, which I guess is irritating my stomach lining. I'll try and reduce it, although I only have one cup in the morning, and one in the evening, and I'm not even finishing it as of late.
I am tracking calories and prioritizing protein, but this weird stomach feeling rarely goes away. It's either the "hard stop" to waring, or this weird kind of "muted" hunger which I'm not sure how to address.
For meal reference, my day so far has been:
a low fat yogurt with a green apple, and a fitness granola bar (that one I had because the hunger would not subside). A cup of coffee with protein milk, which I couldn't finish before the weird stomach irritation started.
a tuna poke bowl with plenty of veggies
green grapes, and a second cup of coffee, now with regular milk, which I also couldn't finish.
For dinner I'll probably have some lean Ground beef with veggies and potatoes on the side.
Anyone else dealing with this? Should I try not drinking coffee at all for a bit?
