How do i become knowledgeable in the field or Finance without studying it?

Im a junior in hs and i want to pursue a career in finace, smthing like an investment banker, just for the sole reason that it gives a good pay. I am very interested in the finance however i am very clueless when it comes to things like trading, investing, in general terms that are too financey. For this reason im rethinking wheather i would be successful in such a career.

I know its dumb cause im still in hs and still have the opportunity to learn a lot of stuff, but a lot of my guy friends seem to already know all about ts which is why im a little self conscious. Can someone suggest me youtube videos or anything that could help me?

Ik in college i would be learning more about such things however cause im still in hs i cant really study it in depth as a subject, hence the question.

Pls dont be mean to me im js clueless in general about such complicated finance things 😭 🙏🏻
