Road trip shot storage?

I am going on a road trip for 15 days and i’d be traveling across 4 different states in US. I’d be leaving on Friday and first 2 days will be completely on wheels in car. My shot days are Sunday. So i’d carry med with me in car and all fine as temp controlled, so no issues with that. My prob is next shot. How i should carry next dosage with me and store properly for next 9-10 days? I use vials. After 2 days, i’d be changing hotels but days will be spent in forest or natural settings like lakes or hikes or fall kind of things. Temperature will be warm, may be hot outside. I’d be moving to a different hotel almost every other day. So please advise what should be the best strategy to carry and store the shot.

Prescription refills?

My insurance just changed and new insurance is just useless. My current PCP is endocrinologist and her visits are feeling unreasonably high $$ for just prescribing zepbound. I am already paying out of pocket for medicine. She wants me to see her every 6 weeks. I do not have any medical condition except weight management that she is helping me with. So I am looking to switch as it’s feeling added burden. Please advise:

  1. How often do you see doc? Is there any requirement for doc visits for getting refills. My current pcp refuses to fill prescription without seeing her.

  2. Please advise any other way of securing prescription refills which are reasonable.

Thankyou!

How much strength training required?

I see lot of posts with people strength training 5-6 times a week. If you are one, can you tell me how do you plan your strength sessions? Is it upper body one day, lower another or push /pull mechanism? How many times you hit each muscle in a week?
