I finally saw Robyn live after loving her music since the ’90s
Last Saturday night at Co-op Live in Manchester, my dad filmed me singing along to Robyn’s “Call Your Girlfriend” like my life depended on it.
I’ve loved Robyn’s music since the ’90s, but this was my first time seeing her live — so this really was a highlight of my year so far.
No shame, no cool, just pure joy. One of those moments where you realise you are exactly where you’re meant to be, screaming along to a song you love with a crowd full of people doing the same.
Absolutely living my best life.
