Attached is the photo my wife and I found in her grandfather's trunk, in it contains world war 2 items and photos from both his mother and father who served in world war 2 as well as a little of his things from his service in Vietnam. Does anyone happen to know what ship this is a photo of? It could be just a post card or a photo they took I am not sure but I just am curious as to what ship it is! Thanks!

I found this app on my phone called "All Apps" I'm not sure what it is or where it came from but randomly it would show up as an active app I immediately would close it thinking it was a glitch but then I searched my phone and found it was an actual app named that not just "all apps" so I immediately deleted it. Has my phone been hacked? I'm not sure what to do about this. Thanks!!
