Super excited to be a Spartan and attend in the Fall. Anyone else as well?? And any advice from those who are actively attending or alumni?

Or is it truly no questions asked? Planning to quit soon without notice right after an RSU Vest Date. But would like to use up my flexible PTO before then.

I’m an AM in Operations if that matters.

Currently a salaried AM in operations. I’ve found a new role elsewhere starting on May 25th, however I have a 2 year RSU vest date for May 20th. To play it safe I’m planning to not give any notice, and promptly hand my resignation between those days.

I also have enough PTO to give me a bit of a break prior to the new role. I plan to have a conversation with my direct soon saying I need to take my time off.

Is this a viable plan for me to go with? Or will they figure I’m attempting to zero out my hours, collect RSUs, and leave? Will this strategy put me on a no hire list or result in termination prior to my vesting date? I’m in complete good standing (OLR, Forte, behavioral, etc). Perhaps I’m just being paranoid, but any advice would be greatly appreciated!
