Best practice using MINI SE in the winter

We bought our 2022 MINI SE about 2 months ago. We purchased it so that my wife could use it to drive to work. Her commute is about 110km one-way. As the weather has been optimal (between 20 and 30 degrees) she's arrived at work the last few weeks with approx. 50% battery remaining.

I am a bit concerned about what winter will do to the range. I'm located in the Netherlands and our winters are relatively mild with temperatures of -5 to -10 becoming less and less frequent and only about 30 odd days when the temperature drops below 0.

I am interested in hearing other people's experience with winter driving. I'm planning to put winter tires on the MINI for my wife's safety. How much is the range affected by cold weather and the winter tires? What tips might you have to optimize range in winter conditions?

Edit: Should have mentioned this before, but she charges are work to 100%. Otherwise, even under current conditions, she wouldn't make it back or the battery would be near 0.
