Fungal acne after roaccutane
I've been struggling with acne my whole life but it was clearly another condition mixed in with it. I took Roaccutane and my acne/comedones were crystal clear. After stopping Roaccutane, immediately after 2 weeks, pimples started appearing again, those weird ones I had before, although I see that I don't have my "regular acne". I'm wondering if this could be fungal acne that hasn't been resolved because I've been using the wrong routine thinking I just have acne? The dermatologist isn't sure and I don't know what to do. My skin is extremely itchy, itchy, very oily, and I have some flakes along with the oiliness. Although it may not be visible in the pictures, my entire face is full of tiny bumps that then merge and become inflamed on my face.
