ISO of a dermatologist for excision…
Does anyone have recommendations for a trustworthy, reliable, somewhat budget friendly dermatologist who could excise a cyst for me?

Help - any ideas?
I’ve had this on my head for a few years, started out smaller but has grown.. was supposed to get it removed today but I recently lost my health insurance and didn’t want to pay out of pocket so now I’m waiting to get coverage again to go again… they told me they don’t think it’s a cyst and I have no idea and am worried

So I do know what escorting is, but I’m a little lost/curious about how the topic of it as it relates to Sara came about? Moreover, how her post asking for 4 girls is evidence of it? Excuse my ignorance, I’m disgusted by the escorting situation but want to be equally disgusted with everyone else on this whole random girls going to LA thing and I think I’m missing something.
