Been happening for 3 or 4 weeks now, my actual poo hasn’t changed any colour aside from the blood, recently it has just been some red streak marks in the paper and a bit in the toilet but its progressed to large amounts of blood in the toilet making the water pretty darn red and very red blotches and streaks all on the toilet paper

as i defecate i feel a sharp burning pain on the backdoor.

im starting to get a bit concerend now and i really dontnt to see a doctor for this
