My ResMed 11 often gets hot on top while it's in standby mode during the day, but on top of that, with the humidifier turned off, it blows out hot air after a few hours of operation, and the plastic part connecting the machine to the humidifier gets incredibly hot. I never noticed this with the ResMed 10.
