Hi everyone,

​I’ve been a massive fan of superhero lore and fiction for as long as I can remember. Recently, I decided to finally take the leap and start creating my very own fictional superhero universe!

​Right now, my resources are quite simple: I don’t have a high-tech setup—just my smartphone, a wildly vivid imagination, immense passion, and a ton of fresh, creative ideas waiting to be put together.

​Since I am starting completely from scratch as a writer, I would love to get some guidance from the experienced creators here.

• ​How do I actually begin organizing a massive world and its characters using just a phone? (Any app recommendations for writing/organizing?)
• ​What’s the best way to develop an origin story or a power system without making it feel like a carbon copy of Marvel or DC?
• ​What is the #1 piece of advice you wish you knew when you first started writing your universe?

​I'm incredibly excited to dive into this journey. Any tips, brainstorming methods, or advice for a beginner would mean the world to me!

Hi everyone,

I’m a storyteller (writer) with a background in prose, and since January 7, 2023 (my 18th birthday), I have been building a complete superhero universe called Reem Comics Universe (RCU).

What RCU is today:

A fully outlined universe with:

· 16 core heroes (Beetle-Man, Horus, Sahara Witch, Oasis Lion, Techno-Star, Hive-One, Med-Knight, Balance-Man + others)

· 17 villains (The Moth, Seth, Oslon Uno, Magnetio, Flux, Zizo The Clown, Silent Death, Commando, etc.)

· Lore, power dynamics, moral conflicts, and interconnected arcs already plotted

Important notes:

· This is a volunteer-based, non-profit project. No one is getting paid at this stage — just passionate creators building something together.

My limitation:

I am a writer, not an artist, marketer, or developer. I have the stories, but I need collaborators to help bring RCU to life — whether through art, web design, social media management, co-writing, or just strategic brainstorming.

What I’m looking for:

· Artists (sequential / concept art)

· People interested in co-developing a structured superhero universe

· Friends who can help with planning, feedback, or production logistics

· Anyone passionate about indie comics / Middle Eastern or African inspired superheroes (themes present in RCU)

What I offer in return:

Full credit, creative transparency, and a long-term vision. This is not a “hire someone” post — it’s an invitation to build something together from the ground up.

He is now the leader of the Protectors team.
