Hello everyone

I am on working on a 172G, it had prop strike and wing damage. wing has been repair by structure shop, it has skin damage. We took the stabs out to double check. They looked good then we we put the horizontal stab back we saw it has 3 degrees tilted to the right. we changed the entire tailcone assembly with a used one but again after fit the tailcone assy and the horizontal stab on it , it‘s still having around 2.65 degrees tillted. the old bulkhead had tons of holes on it.

No visible damage on the fuselage

any advice?

Here is my story

I came to Canada eight years ago, I was doing study, then my study permit got refused, I got my wife here were on a SOWP. We are out of status since three months. Just looking for a way to choose. Our Canadian born child is two years old.

As of establishment, I have a restaurant business which has been running and serving the city since more than 25 years, Apart from that, I got a stable Courier Driving Job, My employer is very happy with me, I have Canadian friends and family Who been known us for 6-7years. I do have a little community where I help Pilots two builder hours in very cheap price.

I am from very, very remote village from India, who dreamed For a better life, A destiny did not support me so I could not finish my course, If I have to Go back like this with my kids I will be losing everything, there’s no way I will get a job Because my education has not completed And now I am 30 years old. I spent my study life over here for nothing.

Lawyer suggest me to apply for H&C which I am going to do it by next week. But I’m still looking for some opinions from some of my good friends.
