Hello, Reddit family , can someone please give me guidance to help a family member who is being abused in a nursing home in NYC Uncle is not being fed, he can’t walk, barely can talk (stroke) , and the bedsores are OMG!!! He was removed from the home , then was sent back to the home that neglected him. I spoke with 2 CNA’s who told me that they don’t feed or change him. He lays in feces & urine everyday. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE ASSIST ? IS THERE SOMEONE WHO I CAN SPEAK TO OR FILE A REPORT OF ABUSE? MY UNCLE IS LITERALLY 30 POUNDS ? DOES ANYONE KNOW THE LEGAL PROCESS TO SUE THE HOME & GET HIM REMOVED? ANY HELP WILL BE APPRECIATED— THANK YOU.
