PC Upgrade Advice

I've had my PC for a few years now since my last upgrade, and I'm starting to think it might be time to replace or upgrade some of the components.
I've included a link to my current PC specs below. I'd really appreciate some advice on which parts might need upgrading soon, what would be worth replacing first, and any specific recommendations you have.
My goal is to keep playing new games at high settings with good performance. I'm not looking to push everything to ultra insane or achieve the absolute best performance possible, but I'd like to keep my PC running well while I have some money available to put towards upgrades.
I'd appreciate any suggestions on what I should prioritise, what can probably last a bit longer, and any specific suggestions.
