Hi, I am moving to Jax in about a month. I am a single 31 year old male.

Born and raised near San Marco. From 1995 to 2007.

Where should I live? I have looked at Neptune, Jax, and Atlantic beach.
San Marco sounds like it would be cool.
I am open to living anywhere really. My place of employment would be near St John’s Town center.

I would like to be walkable to a bar or the beach.

Massive Jags fan! Would like to join a community and get involved. Excessive/run/fight clubs. Sports league. Trivia nights. Big karaoke guy.

I still have some friends here but most are married so lifestyle differences.

• VGT: $2,293 - DCA $0/month
• QQQM: $1,979 - DCA $238/month
• IBIT: $1,955 - DCA $88/month

Questions:

1. Should I reallocate the VGT?
2. Adjust any of my DCAs?
3. Add an international position?
4. Add or remove any positions?
5. At what point/account balance should I try holding individual stocks? (Or never?)
